Patrícia presented with an anterior open bite (her upper teeth did not contact with the lower ones).

After studying her case, it was found that she required orthodontic treatment combined with orthognathic surgery to correct and balance the bite and skeletal relationship between the maxilla and mandible. Since Patrícia did not want a lengthy treatment, we decided to proceed with composite veneers to camouflage this imbalance. To achieve this, we created study models to enable the planning of her smile.

Subsequently, we performed a mock-up to demonstrate to Patrícia what her new smile would look like and carried out intensive teeth whitening in the office to make her teeth whiter.

To complete the treatment, we placed the dental veneers.
