In her first consultation, Dr. Marisa Zenha conducted a thorough analysis of the patient’s oral condition, assisted by the latest oral medicine technologies that allow us to obtain precise and immediate results. In this initial analysis, no pathologies or oral complications requiring medical treatment were detected. The patient had impeccable oral hygiene. Aesthetic concerns were the only detail that could cause difficulties for the patient.

After this analysis, we listened to the patient to understand her expectations for her smile, her relationship with it, and presented the different treatment options we could pursue. Therefore, we chose to proceed with the treatment using Dental Veneers.

Dental Veneers, also known as dental contact lenses, are thin, highly durable pieces made of pure ceramic that adhere to the surface of the teeth to create a more aesthetic and harmonious smile.

This was a treatment carried out within 1 month, across three consultations.

• In the first consultation, in addition to the medical analysis performed by Dr. Marisa Zenha, we were able to present an approximate final result of the patient’s smile.
• In the second consultation, we prepared the patient’s natural teeth and, using intraoral scanning technology, created a high-precision digital mock-up, which will allow the dental laboratory to create the veneers individually, customized to the unique characteristics of our patient.
• In the third consultation, we applied the dental veneers to the patient’s natural teeth! We started with a trial to ensure that the final result met both our and the patient’s expectations; after which, we performed the definitive application!

As we can see in this case, the dental veneer treatment is a highly aesthetic solution that, in a short period of time, not only restored the smile but also the patient’s desire to smile with joy and without hesitation!
