In aesthetic dentistry treatments, it is very important to check the patient’s entire oral condition before proceeding with the treatment. Correcting pathologies at their early stage allows us to use less invasive and more comfortable treatments. The first consultation is to explain to the patient all the stages of the treatment, present the different options, and give an approximate idea of what the result will be. In this consultation, with Digital Smile Design technology, we have the opportunity to provide a digital presentation of the final approximate result to the patient, who can suggest modifications based on their expectations.
In the second consultation, we prepare the teeth so that the veneers can be placed. In this case, due to the patient’s oral condition, no rigorous procedures were needed on the teeth, which already showed some wear and spacing. We then proceed with the application of temporary dental veneers that protect the teeth while the permanent veneers are being prepared in a renowned and trusted dental laboratory.
