Carla had only three teeth remaining in her upper arch, all in very poor condition. After a thorough study and planning of her case, it was decided to extract the remaining teeth due to their deterioration, allowing for the placement of the necessary implants to perform the Teeth in a Day surgery (full implant-supported rehabilitation) in the upper arch.

Before the implant placement surgery, an oral hygiene consultation was conducted, providing the necessary instructions.

In the lower arch, an intensive in-office teeth whitening procedure was performed, and a removable prosthesis was created to restore lost function.
