Today, I present one of our major clinical cases – the case of a patient who had an anterior crossbite with her incisors tilted forward, a treatment I carried out in partnership with Dr. Pedro Fonseca.

When the patient came for the first consultation at the clinic, I noticed some hesitation in her smile. The many years of having a less harmonious smile had caused her to lose her confidence and joy when smiling.

We started with orthodontic treatment, aiming to correct the inclination of the incisors and expand the upper arch both sideways and forward, so that the upper jaw would exceed the lower jaw. Subsequently, we rehabilitated the smile with pure ceramic veneers and prostheses!

The final smile is the result of another intense multidisciplinary action plan between departments.
